Steps

  1. Open Bills.
  2. Create or edit a bill.
  3. Add a bill item line.
  4. Enter the description.
  5. Enter quantity and cost if required.
  6. Link to inventory if the item should affect stock.
  7. Save the bill.

  • Use clear descriptions such as cartons of milk, cleaning supplies, flour delivery or monthly service fee.
