How pagination works on the Sales page

When there are many sales, Bizwazi splits the list into pages. This keeps the Sales page faster and easier to read.

What pagination means

• The list may show a message such as Showing 21 to 35 of 35 results.
• Page buttons let you move between pages.
• The newest sales usually appear first unless the page says otherwise.
• Filters and search can change how many results are shown.

How to find an older sale

• Use the page buttons at the bottom of the list.
• Use search if you remember a note, customer, invoice number, or category.
• Use date or period filters to reduce the number of results.
• Use account filters if you only need Cash, M-PESA, or Bank/Card sales.

Useful tip

• If you cannot find a sale, clear filters first, then search again with fewer words.
