How to record transport costs

Record delivery, collection, taxi, boda boda or other business transport costs.

Transport costs can add up quickly, so they should be recorded consistently.

Steps

  1. Open Expenses.
  2. Add a new expense.
  3. Enter the transport amount.
  4. Choose the account used.
  5. Choose Transport as the category.
  6. Add a short note such as stock collection or customer delivery.
  7. Save the expense.
