How receipt attachments work on expenses
Learn how to attach receipt images or PDFs to expense records.
Bizwazi lets you attach a receipt image or PDF to an expense. This helps you keep evidence of spending without relying only on paper receipts.
How to attach a receipt
- Open Expenses.
- Tap Add Expense.
- Enter the expense amount, account, time, category, and note.
- Go to Receipt attachment.
- Choose Take photo if you want to use the phone camera.
- Choose image or PDF if the receipt is already saved on your device.
- Check the selected attachment name.
- Tap Save.
Supported files
- JPG receipt images are allowed.
- JPEG receipt images are allowed.
- PNG receipt images are allowed.
- WEBP receipt images are allowed.
- PDF receipt files are allowed.
- The maximum file size shown on the page is 4 MB.
