Bizwazi balances depend on the records entered into the system. If records are missing or entered under the wrong account, totals can differ from real money.
Common causes
- A sale was not recorded.
- An expense was not recorded.
- A sale was recorded under the wrong account.
- An expense was recorded under the wrong account.
- A transfer was missed.
- A transfer was entered backwards.
- Cash was counted wrongly.
What to check first
- Check sales for the day.
- Check expenses for the day.
- Check transfers for the day.
- Check invoice payments and bill payments.
