How to search and filter suppliers

When your supplier list grows, search and filters help you find the right record quickly. This is useful for checking bills, reordering stock, or updating supplier details.

Search suppliers

• Use the search box to search by supplier name.
• You can also search by contact person.
• You can search by phone number.
• You can search by email address.
• You can search by address.
• You can search by notes.

Status filter

• Use All suppliers to show everything.
• Use Active to show suppliers currently in use.
• Use Inactive to show old suppliers or suppliers you no longer use.

Supplier type filter

• Use All types to show all supplier records.
• Use Stock supplier to show inventory suppliers only.
• Use Bill-only supplier to show non-stock suppliers only.
• Use Stock and bills to show suppliers used for both stock and bills.

Apply and Reset

• Tap Apply after choosing filters.
• Tap Reset to clear filters and return to the full supplier list.

Useful example

• If you only want to see utility providers, filter by Bill-only supplier. If you want to reorder products, filter by Stock supplier.
