Why you should export your data before deleting your account
Download a backup before closing or deleting your Bizwazi account.
Before closing your Bizwazi account, download your records so you keep your own copy.
Steps
- Open the Export my data page.
- Choose All data.
- Choose ZIP backup.
- Enter your current password if required.
- Click Download export.
- Confirm the export has downloaded successfully.
- Only continue to account closure after saving your backup.
Useful tips
- Account closure can disable normal access immediately.
- Permanent deletion may happen after the recovery period.
- A backup protects you if you later need old sales, expenses, balances, invoices, reports, or other records.
