How to export records for a selected date range
Download Bizwazi records for a specific period instead of all time.
Date range exports help you download only the records you need for a specific period.
Steps
- Open the Export my data page.
- Choose what you want to export.
- Choose the download format.
- Change Date range from All time to a selected range if available.
- Enter the From date.
- Enter the To date.
- Click Download export.
- Open the export and check that the records match the period you selected.
Useful tips
- Use a selected date range for monthly accounting.
- Use a selected date range when sending one period to an accountant.
- Use All time when making a complete backup.
