Which Bizwazi export should I choose?
Choose the right export depending on whether you need backup, spreadsheet review, or account closure.
The best export depends on what you are trying to do with your records.
Steps
- Choose All data and ZIP backup if you want a complete backup.
- Choose CSV if you want to open records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Choose a selected date range if you only need one month, one week, or one accounting period.
- Choose All time if you are preparing for account closure.
- Use the current password field when Bizwazi asks for extra protection before a full export.
Useful tips
- For deleting an account: All data + ZIP backup.
- For accountant review: CSV + selected date range.
- For personal backup: ZIP backup + All time.
