How to close your Bizwazi account

The account closure section lets you close your Bizwazi account and schedule permanent deletion after the recovery period.

Steps

• Open the Profile page.
• Scroll to Close your Bizwazi account.
• Read the warnings carefully.
• Export your records first if you need a copy of your data.
• Click Close account only when you are sure.
• After closure, normal access is disabled immediately for that account.
• The account may still be recoverable during the 30-day recovery window.

Useful tips

• Always export your records before closing your account.
• Do not close an account just to fix a small mistake. Use edit, correction, or support options first.
• Only close the account if you no longer need to use Bizwazi.
