How to set up two-factor authentication in Bizwazi

You can set up two-factor authentication from the Profile page or account security page.

Steps

• Open the Profile page.
• Find the account security or 2FA section.
• Click Set up 2FA.
• Use an authenticator app on your phone to scan the QR code or enter the manual setup key.
• Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm setup.
• Save the recovery codes shown after setup.

Useful tips

• Recovery codes are important if you lose access to your authenticator app.
• Keep recovery codes private and secure.
• If you use a shared phone, be careful who can access the authenticator app.
