Why is an inventory item not showing in the sale form?
Check item status and inventory setup if an item is missing from sale selection.
An inventory item may not appear if it is inactive or not available for selection.
Check these things
- The item exists in Inventory.
- The item is active.
- The item name or SKU is typed correctly.
- The page was refreshed after creating the item.
What to do
- Open the inventory item and check its status, name and stock details.
