Check customer email address, spam folder and invoice sending details.
Sometimes a customer may say they did not receive an invoice email.
Check these things
- Customer email address is correct.
- Invoice was actually sent.
- Customer checked spam or junk folder.
- Customer mailbox is not full.
- Internet connection was working when sending.
