Why did my upload fail?
Troubleshoot receipt, bill document or image uploads.
Uploads can fail because of file size, file type, connection problems or saving before upload completes.
Check these things
- File size is not too large.
- File type is accepted.
- Internet connection is stable.
- Upload finished before pressing save.
- The file is not corrupted.
Try this
- Use a smaller image.
- Take a clearer photo.
- Refresh and try again.
- Try from a stronger internet connection.
