Why account activity may show no records

Understand why the activity table can say no account activity was found.

The activity table may show no records when there is no matching activity for the selected filters.

What to check

  • There may be no sales, expenses, or transfers in the selected range.
  • The selected account may have no matching movement.
  • The selected type may have no matching records.
  • The trading day may have no activity yet.
  • The account cards above can still show running balances from opening balances or previous activity.

Useful tips

  • Try changing the range to a wider period.
  • Try selecting All accounts.
  • Try selecting All types.
  • If you expected records, check whether they were entered under the correct date and account.
