The stability message tells you whether Bizwazi has noticed an obvious account issue that needs attention.
What to check
- Everything looks stable means the account balances currently look healthy.
- No issues flagged means Bizwazi is not warning you about an account problem at that moment.
- The message does not mean every business record is perfect.
- It means the account page is showing a stable position based on the records available.
- Use Daily reconciliation if you want to confirm real start and end balances.
Useful tips
- Stable does not replace counting cash or checking M-PESA.
- A stable account page still depends on accurate sales, expenses, transfers, and opening balances.
- Use this message as a quick confidence check, not as a full audit.
