How to use the What changed these balances section
Use filters to review account activity by range, account and type.
The What changed these balances section shows the activity that affected account balances during the selected period.
What to check
- Choose a Range such as current trading day or another available period.
- Choose All accounts or a specific account such as Cash, M-PESA, or Bank.
- Choose All types or a specific type of activity.
- Click Apply filters.
- Review Money in, Money out, and Net movement for the filtered results.
- Check the activity table for time, trading day, account, type, direction, amount, and note.
Useful tips
- Use this section when a balance changed and you want to know why.
- If no activity is found, the selected filters may not match any records.
- The upper account cards show the full running position, while this section only shows the period and filters selected.
