What the Account breakdown table shows

The Account breakdown table shows each account in a compact table so you can compare Cash, M-PESA, and Bank side by side.

What to check

• Account shows the account name.
• Opening shows the starting amount.
• In shows money that increased the account.
• Out shows money that reduced the account.
• Balance shows the calculated running balance.
• Status shows whether the account looks healthy or needs attention.
• The small text under each account explains sales in, transfer in, expense out, and transfer out.

Useful tips

• Use the table when you want a quick comparison.
• Use the account cards when you want more detail.
