Why offline records may not appear immediately

Learn why offline records can be saved but not yet visible everywhere.

An offline record is saved on the device first. It becomes part of your normal online Bizwazi records after it has synced.

Why this happens

When you are offline, Bizwazi cannot immediately send the record to the server. The record waits on your device until the connection returns.

Real-world example

You add an expense offline on your phone. Then you open Bizwazi on your laptop. The laptop may not show the expense yet because the record is still waiting on your phone.

Once your phone reconnects and syncs the record, the expense can appear in your normal Bizwazi records.

What to do

Use the same device again, reconnect to the internet, and give Bizwazi time to upload the pending records.

Main benefit

This protects records during connection problems, while still keeping your central online account accurate after sync.
