How offline sales work
If your internet connection drops, Bizwazi can protect supported sales by saving them on your current device.
How to use it
- Open the sales form while using Bizwazi.
- Enter the sale details as normal.
- If your connection is unavailable, Bizwazi can save the supported record on your device.
- Keep the browser/app installed and do not clear browser data.
- When internet returns, allow Bizwazi to sync the saved record.
Real-world example
A mobile phone accessories seller records a KSh 300 cash sale for a charger. The internet drops while saving. Instead of losing the sale, Bizwazi can hold the record on the device and upload it when the connection returns.
Important note
Offline sales may not immediately appear on another device. For example, if you record an offline sale on your phone, it may not show on your laptop until it has synced.
