What to check after coming back online

After using Bizwazi offline, it is good to check that your records have synced.

Recommended checks

1. Reconnect the same device to the internet.
2. Wait for Bizwazi to upload pending records.
3. Open the Sales page and check recent sales.
4. Open the Expenses page and check recent expenses.
5. Check your Dashboard totals.
6. If you use daily balances, review your expected and counted balances.

Real-world example

A garage records a cash expense for spare parts while offline. Later, the phone reconnects. The owner checks the Expenses page to confirm the spare parts expense is now visible in the normal records.
