What happens if a transfer is entered backwards
Fix transfers where the from and to accounts were reversed.
A backwards transfer can make both account balances wrong.
Example
- If you moved M-PESA to Bank but entered Bank to M-PESA, the Bank balance may look too low and M-PESA may look too high.
What to do
- Open Transfers.
- Find the wrong transfer.
- Correct it if editing is available, or delete and recreate it carefully.
- Review the affected balances.
