During the day
- Record sales as they happen.
- Record expenses when money is spent.
- Upload receipts while they are still available.
- Record transfers when money moves between Cash, M-PESA and Bank.
- Record invoice payments when customers pay.
- Record bill payments when suppliers are paid.
At the end of the day
- Count Cash.
- Check M-PESA.
- Check Bank if needed.
- Review the dashboard.
- Investigate any discrepancy.
