During the day

  • Record sales as they happen.
  • Record expenses when money is spent.
  • Upload receipts while they are still available.
  • Record transfers when money moves between Cash, M-PESA and Bank.
  • Record invoice payments when customers pay.
  • Record bill payments when suppliers are paid.

At the end of the day

  • Count Cash.
  • Check M-PESA.
  • Check Bank if needed.
  • Review the dashboard.
