Use the Contact page when you need help that is not answered in the Help Centre.

Steps

  1. Open the Bizwazi Help Centre.
  2. Search for your problem first.
  3. If you still need help, open the Contact page.
  4. Explain the problem clearly.
  5. Include the page name and what you expected to happen.

Helpful details to include

  • The module you were using, such as Sales, Expenses, Invoices or Inventory.
  • The error message if one appeared.
  • What you clicked before the problem happened.
  • Whether you were using a phone or computer.
