What to do if you forget your password

Reset your password if you cannot access your Bizwazi account.

If you forget your password, use the password reset option instead of creating another account.

Steps

  1. Open the Bizwazi login page.
  2. Choose the password reset option if available.
  3. Enter the email address used for your account.
  4. Check your email inbox for reset instructions.
  5. Create a new secure password.
  6. Return to Bizwazi and log in again.

If the reset email does not arrive

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Contact support if the problem continues.
