Why recording part payments matters
Part payments help show exactly how much a customer still owes.
Many customers pay in stages. If part payments are not recorded properly, the balance due can become confusing.
For example, if a customer owes KSh 10,000 and pays KSh 4,000, the business needs to see that KSh 6,000 is still owed.
